New York State Incident Management and Reporting System (NIMRS)
NIMRS is a HIPAA compliant, web-based application for reporting and managing incidents. Under Part 524 of the NYS Rules and Regulations, providers must report incidents to OMH.
This tool assists risk management staff in making informed policy decisions. Our goal is to make changes that improve quality of life for the individuals we serve.
